My name is Abi, I am a Legal Assistant for a Solicitors in Lancashire, UK and I love books.

 

However, for me, reading is only part of the enjoyment. I can waste hours in bookstores just walking around, looking at the covers and being surrounded by that new book smell. But perhaps, the part I most look forward to is talking about them. There's nothing better than discussing books, passionately...even if it's a title that wasn't particularly enjoyable.

When I'm not reading, I can be found making travel plans. Having spent a fair few years dreaming of travelling, I finally completed my first solo 3-month trip around Europe in 2016! Whilst I was away, this site included my travel blogging and also plenty of hints and tips I picked up along the way. Since then, I have traveled solo and with friends; to Canada, the USA and South Africa, to name just a few.

 

My reading list is always insanely long and my adventures are far from over, so watch this space for book recommendations and packing hacks!
